- Never exceeding the manufacturer's listed weight capacity or operating limits.
Lift Equipment Co is not responsible for injury, property damage, equipment damage, business interruption, or other loss caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, overloading, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
