Shipping Policy
Important information about processing, freight delivery, tracking, and receiving your equipment.
We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States.
Free shipping is included on eligible orders unless otherwise stated.
Automotive lifts are delivered by freight carrier due to their size and weight.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the order is placed.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is scheduled for shipment.
- Tracking information will be included when it is available.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the product, warehouse location, freight carrier, and delivery destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, supply conditions, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote or rural delivery locations.
- Limited-access commercial or residential locations.
- Special delivery requirements.
- Expedited delivery requests.
- Address changes or shipment rerouting.
Any additional shipping charges will be communicated to you before the order is shipped.
Freight Delivery
Due to the size and weight of automotive lifts and garage equipment, most orders are shipped using freight carriers.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Providing a working telephone number for delivery scheduling.
- Ensuring the delivery location is accessible to a freight truck.
- Having an adult available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
- Providing appropriate unloading equipment when required.
Inspect Your Shipment Before Signing
Please inspect the packaging and equipment carefully before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt.
If you notice visible damage:
- Write a clear description of the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Do not sign the receipt as being received in good condition.
- Take clear photos of the packaging, equipment, and damaged areas.
- Keep all packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact Lift Equipment Co within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the freight carrier's ability to accept and process a damage claim.
Shipping Delays
Although we work to have every order delivered on schedule, delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions.
- Freight carrier delays or scheduling issues.
- Supply chain disruptions.
- Manufacturer or warehouse delays.
- Holidays and peak shipping periods.
- Road closures or other transportation disruptions.
We appreciate your patience and will provide updates when we receive notice of a significant delay.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional fees may apply if a shipment must be rerouted, returned, stored, or reshipped because of incorrect information.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost or has stopped moving, contact our customer support team. We will work with the freight carrier to investigate and provide available updates.
